Technology and Infotainment Features
The SUV offers plenty of useful technology, including an AM/FM audio system with four speakers on the LX-B models, six on the Sport-B, and eight on the EX-L. All trims have their audio system paired with a colour touchscreen. 7.0-inch is the standard available size, while a 9.0-inch upgrade is available for this entertainment system and is standard on the EX-L.
Additionally, the HR-V is equipped with a 7.0-inch colour TFT centre meter display with Driver Information Interface. This display indicates essential information, such as a speedometer, odometer, tachometer, servicing, and fuel information, among many others. The EX-L trim comes with several additional features, including wireless charging, SiriusXM, and HD Radio.
Interior Design and Comfort
The SUV features a 60/40 split fold-down rear seatback, which is ideal for passengers or cargo. A driver's seat with six-way manual adjustment and a front passenger's seat with four-way manual adjustment come standard on all trims. Adding to the comfort for all models are the heated front seats.
The SUV seats five and has a total cargo capacity of 1,559 L when all the seats are folded down. With the rear seats up, this volume is only 691 L.
Exterior Design and Functionality
The HR-V's exterior offers both style and ruggedness. With a ground clearance of 177.5 mm without a load and of up to 122.9 mm when fully loaded, getting over rough terrain is no issue. A set of 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels provides plenty of traction and are fitted with all-season tires for optimal control.
